I had my water break befo...I hear you on all this. I had my water break before I even had any contractions! I have no idea how labor feels as it slowly builds. I, too, wonder if and how I will know I am in labor if my water doesn't break on it's own.<br /><br />It will be really interesting to see how these second labor/deliveries go.
